Classes

Pencak Silat: This class focuses on traditional martial arts, situational awarness, balance, forms and application of those forms.

 

Self Defense: This class focuses on real world self defense, scenarios, drills, weapon defense including knife and club defenses.

​Tama Yoga: Tama means core, Yoga means connection. This class focuses on connection with your self through development of your core. Training includes breathing exercises, forms and meditation.
